Do you know a child who could use some encouragement for wearing glasses or patching? How about a family that needs advice and help with the purchase of a first pair of glasses for their child? Nominate them here and we will take a look and see how we can help them.

- Any packages we send to the nominee will be sent anonymously.

- Your donation will be 100% tax deductable.
- TKO will choose the recipient and personalize the chosen package to their liking.
- We will followup with a thank you letter and other corespondants using your billing address.
